Our Sales Development team is comprised of Business Development Representatives (BDR) and SalesRepresentatives (SR). SR’s manage inbound leads while BDR’s (the more senior of the two roles) focus on outbound lead generation.

We are currently seeking high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects who are in the early stages of evaluation
  • Discover the prospects evaluation stage and work with them accordingly
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media), LinkedIn, utilize the contacts lists to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Creating and executing E-mail based marketing campaigns.
  • Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers.
  • Possess digital marketing skills (email, social, paid media, search) and understanding of an end – to – end marketing process.
  • Marketing of product or services using digital Media.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with our marketing team.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Conceptualize and manage all digital Campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns-Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Should have basic knowledge of digital marketing concept.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills who is passionate about Online Market and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Basic understanding of how Google/social media works.
  • Ambitious and motivated to take on responsibility in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility

  • CSS/CSS3 (High Proficiency)
  • JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks preferably jQuery or angularJS (advanced knowledge)

  • Server side programming experience (PHP or any server side programming experience)
